90% Pure Gold Indian Head Half Eagle Coin from 1910 in 14K Frame Pendant, 9.6g

For you numismatists out there, this is a 1910 (Philadelphia) Indian Head Half Eagle coin with a mint run of 604,000 (PCGS #8517). It’s from the boss’ collection and it has not been graded. Since the image is stamped below the coin’s edge, it stays nice and crisp, so this is a coin that usually looks pretty good no matter how much hard time it’s seen in its 100+ year life.. Eytan set the coin in one of his vintage coin holder pendants. This one is nice and simple, with reeded edges that match (and cover)those of the coin. The top ring is his own addition, in recycled 14 karat gold, a little bit oversized and soldered shut. The coin is 90% pure gold (10% copper), or 21.6k and weighs 8.3 grams. The coin frame and ring are 14 karat gold and weigh 1.3 grams. Nothing is marked but we guarantee both components to be what we say they are. The pendant, including ring, is just under 1-1/3″ (33mm) long and about 7/8″ (22mm) wide. The combined weight of the pendant is 9.6 grams. The cord shown in the photos is the one you’ll receive. Note: The back of the coin — featuring an eagle with a creepy smile on his face — is as cool as the front, but when Mr. Indian hangs upright, Mr. Eagle hangs upside down. If you would prefer to wear Mr. Eagle right side up, let us know and Eytan will adjust the coin accordingly.
