Offered today is a fine and handsome 1874 One Dollar Princess Head coin ring. The heavy nugget-style mounting is solid 14k gold. It has a few superficial scratches. I do not believe there are any drill holes (which appears to affect value, from my research) The face of this ring is a nice size, being just shy of 17mm in diameter. The shoulders have an impressed, textured design, which continues around the head of the ring. The genuine coin is set in the center. The ring is nice and hefty, weighing 10.8 grams. The entire face measures 3/4 in diameter. The setting tests strongly positive for solid 14k gold–guaranteed. This ring is a size 9.75 and is in excellent pre-owned condition.
